Kinsey is a good trail system for all skill levels (Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert).
The Peoria area has several challenging trail systems. If you are a true Beginner, I highly recommend taking advantage of Kinsey to get some miles and experience under your belt.
BEGINNER
Munchkinland East & West. From the parking lot, do the East side first and come back on the West side. Repeat in the opposite direction as well. ​Once you have mastered Munchkinland, your next step is going to require a bit of climbing unfortunately...
INTERMEDIATE (A)
Climb the Farm Road to the Sarah Gray Memorial Rest Area. Ride Emerald Forest and Yellow Brick Road down (mostly downhill).
INTERMEDIATE (B)
Climb the Farm Road to the Sarah Gray Memorial Rest Area. Ride Horse of a Different Color and Ruby Slippers down (mostly downhill). 
INTERMEDIATE (C)
Climb Yellow Brick Road and use the short Connector Trail to hit F4, Dorothy, Tinman, and Scarecrow (mostly downhill). 
INTERMEDIATE +
Add Cowardly Lion, Lions and Tigers and Bears & The Wizard.
EXPERT
Add Land of Oz and Flying Monkeys.
